To get DuPage divorce records, eligible requesters may visit the County Clerk’s office, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Requesters must provide as much information as possible about the divorce record to enable the Clerk to locate it. At least, requesters must have the full names of both individuals and the divorce filing date.
